    Mediation and Dispute Resolution
  • State of Texas certified Mediator.
  • Resolved roommate disputes for the Residence Halls at the University of Minnesota, Roosevelt University and Illinois Benedictine College.
  • Successfully resolved dispute between committee members for Sorority Rush Week at the University of Houston.
  • Mediated dispute between Student Government Executive Committee and full-time professional Secretary at the University of Houston.
  • Served as facilitator for residential student judicial board at the University of Minnesota.
    Leadership Development and Teambuilding
  • Coordinated, facilitated and increased attendance and scope of The Leadership Challenge, Leadership Lunch Series and Activities Marts at the University of Houston.
  • Conducted numerous Organization Orientations detailing structure, policies and procedures for newly developed student organizations.

    Dramatic Presentation

  • Wrote, perform and provide debriefing workshops for "Anything but Black" (a one-woman show about the negative messages she received growing up about being Black).
  • Wrote, perform and provide debriefing workshops for "A Letter to a Friend" (an intimate message to a friend from a survivor of domestic abuse).
  • Compiled and developed "Oppression Monologues" (a one-woman show based on a collection of poems and short stories written by women of color on the topic of racism).
