| Kelli McLoud-Schingen is President of KMS Intercultural
Consulting. She is a facilitator/trainer who specializes in Domestic Diversity,
Dramatic Presentations, Cross-Cultural Communication, Healing Racism, Conflict
Resolution/Mediation, and Teambuilding. She has facilitated development
workshops, trainings and dramatic presentations since 1989 for educational,
non-profit, government and corporate institutions in the USA and internationally. |
| A professional mediator certified by the State of Texas,
she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Aurora University
and a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Studies from the University of Houston-Clear
Lake. Additionally, she is a certified administrator for the Intercultural
Development Inventory (IDI), a cross cultural development measurement tool.

| Kelli is also an accomplished actor and director with several
theatrical credits to her name as a result of performances in Chicago, Minneapolis,
Houston and Oxford, England. She employs these skills in her dramatic and
narrative presentations. |
| Kelli's clients have included Shell Oil, The Texas Historical
Commission, The City of Helsinki, Finland, Dallas and Fort Worth Independent
School Districts, San Diego State University and Drake University, to name
a few. With these institutions she assisted with the vision and mission
in order to develop a strategic plan to address the issue of inclusion and
cultural competence. |
| Kelli is the immediate Past President of the Society for
Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) - Houston, a member
of SIETAR Europa and a Board Member for SIETAR- USA. She is also an active
member and facilitator for the Center for the Healing of Racism. |
| Kelli is committed to cross-cultural understanding and
to doing her part to affect global change. |
